## Current State (dev site)
- Auth: Google, Apple, Email working
- Core AI chat with personalization
- School directory (190+ schools)
- Dashboard with onboarding
- Interview prep (Vapi)
- Blog (5 SEO articles)
- Mobile-responsive
- Redis caching

## Proposed Milestones

### P0 (Must have)
- Email auth confirmation fix
- Error pages (404, 500)
- Production env vars

### P1 (Should have)
- Analytics (Plausible or GA)
- Error monitoring (Sentry)
- Terms/Privacy pages

### P2 (Nice to have)
- Sitemap.xml
- robots.txt
- OG images / social meta

## Infrastructure Question
- Same Supabase or separate for prod/dev?
- Git branching: main → prod, develop → dev
